Clowning Around
A clown visit with balloon twisting and face painting
Don't let the name fool you. We do a lot more than clowning: twisting, face painting and custom arrangements, from birthday parties to corporate galas.
Chapter 01
What a clown visit includes
A visit is built around two crafts guests can watch and then take home: balloon twisting and face painting. Kids see a balloon turn into an animal or a hat in under a minute, then line up for a design on a cheek or a hand. The clown is the host who keeps that line friendly and moving.
Don't let the name fool you. We do a lot more than clowning. A visit sits alongside the same custom balloon work we install at venues around Lincoln, so one family-owned team can bring a twisting set, painted faces and an arrangement for the front door to the same party.

Birthday parties to corporate galas
A backyard birthday needs a visit that works for kids who are three, six and nine, each with a different attention span. A company picnic or a gala asks for the same craft with a lighter touch, aimed at the families in the room and timed around the program rather than competing with it.
Tell us the age range, the headcount and how long the party runs, and the visit is shaped to fit. Corporate and community hosts often want their own colours in the balloon work, and that is easy to build into the arrangements that go with the visit.
Clowning Around has worked parties and events in and around Lincoln since 2001. We travel up to 100 miles for out-of-town events, with a standard mileage charge added, so a gala across the county line is as workable as a birthday down the street.

Booking, packages and who answers the phone
Packages are tailored to each event instead of picked off a fixed menu. Call (402) 432-9610 and you speak directly with the owner, who will ask about the date, the venue, the guests and what you want the visit to include, then shape the package around those answers.
Face painting uses safe, natural, professional-grade products, applied by painters trained in safe techniques. If a child has sensitive skin or allergies, tell us when you book. Balloons are latex, so a latex allergy in the room is worth mentioning on the same call.
Family-owned in Lincoln since 2001. Call (402) 432-9610.
The visit is only part of what the family brings. The arch over the dessert table comes from the same hands.
