Balloon decor for weddings, corporate rooms, grand openings and game days

From stunning arches to unique sculptures, planned with the owner on the phone and installed on time, up to 100 miles from Lincoln.

Chapter 01

Matching the build to the occasion

A wedding wants soft colour and a backdrop that holds up in photographs. A corporate event wants the company colours, a clean entrance and nothing that fights the program. A grand opening wants height, something a driver can spot from the road. We start with the occasion, then pick the shape that serves it: an arch, a garland, a column or a sculpture.

Birthdays, baby and bridal showers and graduations lean on the guest of honour, with a name, a number or a theme carried through the room. Game days and stadium or venue installs are about scale and team colours across big, busy spaces. Clowning Around has dressed rooms like these in Lincoln since 2001, from stunning arches to unique sculptures.

From the planning call to install day

When you contact us, you speak directly with the owner, so the person who hears your date, the occasion and the venue is the person who plans the build. Tell us the colours, roughly how many guests are coming and where the decor needs to stand, and the plan takes shape from that first call.

Ask the venue about access before the day: when the doors open to vendors, where the loading entrance is, how high the ceiling runs and whether anything may be taped or hung. Balloon work is measured against those answers, and a good plan has them in hand well before the first balloon is inflated.

We arrive on time, and we execute quickly. That counts when a ballroom or lobby is only open to us for a short window before guests walk in. The goal is a finished build, standing and tidy, by the time your event begins.

Chapter 03

Travel, mileage and the edge of the map

Lincoln is home base, and we travel up to 100 miles for events. Out-of-town jobs carry a standard mileage charge, added at the current standard mileage rate, so the cost of distance is a known number instead of a surprise on the day. Tell us where the event is when you call and we will work it out together.

Distance changes the plan more than it changes the build. A longer drive means finished pieces are packed with care, venue details are confirmed earlier and the arrival time is settled with you ahead of the event. Family-owned and answering our own phone, we would rather sort that out on a call than on the morning of.

Stadium and venue installs get the same planning as a living room: measure the space, pick the colours, arrive on time.
