Face painting

Face painting with safe, natural products, for every age

Unique designs for children and grown-ups, painted by trained painters, with custom packages for birthday parties and corporate events.

Chapter 01

What safe, natural products means at the table

Our face painters work with safe, natural products and are trained in safe techniques. At a party table that means professional-grade, natural materials made for skin, not craft paint from a drawer, and it's the first thing we'd want you to ask any face painter you book.

Safe technique is mostly habits: clean brushes, clean sponges, fresh water, and a look at each child's skin before a brush touches it. Those habits are what let one painter work a long line of children without anyone ending up with a rash or a mess.

Face painting books as a custom package for birthday parties and corporate events, and it pairs naturally with balloon twisting. We're a family-owned Lincoln business, in it since 2001, and the owner answers the phone at (402) 432-9610 if you'd rather talk it through than fill in a form.

How a face-painting line runs

A line moves on simple, confident designs. Butterflies, tigers, superheroes, rainbows, stars and flowers can be painted quickly and still look finished, while a full-face design takes real time and is better saved for one special guest. We offer unique designs for all ages, and we match the menu to the crowd.

Age changes everything. Small children want something on a cheek or a hand, quickly, and may not sit for long. School-age kids want a proper design and a say in the choice. Teens and adults at a corporate event usually want something small and sharp, like a star or a tidy swirl.

Tell us the guest count and how long the party runs, and we'll tell you honestly how many children one painter can get to. If the line will be long, we'd rather plan around it with a tighter menu or more painting time than leave the last child waiting with a half-finished face.

Chapter 03

Sensitive skin, removal and photos

Tell us when you book about sensitive skin, eczema or allergies, whether it's for one child or the whole guest list, and we'll plan around it. A parent can always say no to any design on any child. Skip face paint on broken or irritated skin, and keep it well away from the eyes.

Removal is easy: gentle soap, warm water and a soft cloth, with no scrubbing. Bright colours can leave a faint tint after the first wash, which a second gentle wash usually clears. Wash it off before bed, especially for small children, and moisturise afterwards if their skin is dry.

For photos, let the paint dry for a minute first so it doesn't smudge against a sleeve, and shoot the kids in daylight or by a window where the colours show best. Hold the group photo until the line is done, so every child gets to be in it.
